Every year on the brand's birthday, we release a limited edition collection dedicated to the upcoming new year of Shur Shur.
However, in this extraordinary year we were inspired by Ukrainian women – beautiful, strong and unbreakable. Our inspiration was the flower of magnolia that appears in the interpretation of the Shur Shur logo.
When we meet a strong woman we see her like a magnolia that blooms in spring, pleasing with its incredible beauty, grace and fragrance. It is said that this flower is millions of years old, and despite its long, difficult and thorny path, it continues to bloom, spread and delight those around it.
This year’s limited edition was created in autumn, but is called vesna (from Ukrainian, весна, meaning spring) – as a symbol of spring, which will undoubtedly come soon to our Ukrainian land and bring peace and prosperity to all Ukrainians.
We usually offer you a difficult choice: to wear the limited-edition stockings now or keep them safe for a future generation. This year, however we say – wear them now, they are made for you during this extraordinary time in history.
